@Darquies; I want to make sure that you really understand this ability. Super Warrior doesn't give you the first shot. Any time that you, playing as any race, initiate combat, you get the first shot. Whoever you are attacking then gets the second shot. That is to say, that even if you attack with overwhelming force, and completely disintegrate your opponent, it will still get one 'parting shot'. A particle beam 'finger', if you will. This has the very real potential to cause damage. Enough of these, and you may be destroyed.
Super Warrior changes this. If you have this ability, and enough firepower to destroy your opponent with your first shot, then they will not be allowed to fire back. So...you can go merrily about the galaxy destroying ships and not suffer so much as a single scratch; provided, of course, that you can guarantee their destruction with your first shot. This is what Loupdinour was trying to tell you about the importance of initiating combat.
