it is based of a book callled the deathhand chronicles the plan is to add atleast 16 new civilization with there own techtree the trees will also compliment the races ships as each race will have it's own set of ships to battle with the tech tree will look rather large considering how many races there are going to be it will also include new planets,minor races,stars,anomiles,buildings,asteroids nad much much more

It might be hard to make a true mod unless there are any movies made from the books you'll most likely have to guess what the ships looked like.But everything ealse would be easy.
