Apologies if this one has already been reported (I suspect somebody has to have run into it).  After trying a random map (large size, one star) in 1.03, I got a system with overlapping planets.  In the attached screenshot you can see the asteroid right above the desert planet.  I can travel between the two, but the ship jumps from one to the other right in the center of the gravity well.  It seems strange, and likely unintended.  I can provide a save if need be.
