I am now starting to get rather annoyed, by tomorrow it will have been atleast a week since I purchased the DA and TA bundle (digital one with both), yet I have not played it once yet.. why? activation!!!

Ok first of the auto activation won't work, maybe because I purchased the game using a different email address to my stardock account, but I got the support guys to merge them, still doesnt work just get error about a certain .txt file couldnt be found and asks if I want to create it...

So I follow the step by step guide as to how to do it 'offline' via email, well I have been waiting a good 48 hours for that 9it says takes no more than 16 hours unless done at weekend, I did it one a week day)

Now dont get me wrong I am a great fan of the series owning both GC1 and GCII DL, but I find myself extremely disapointed in my first digital purchase, please could someone tell me if I am going wrong somewhere? if not then I am seriously considering trying for a refund I mean whats the point of having a game you can't play?

Thanks for reading, I have contacted the stardock email address several times and one guy even said he would activate it manually, that was over 24 hours ago, please tell me that this is just a one off and I am just having bad luck!!!
