How to undo

Has anyone figured out how to undo a building that has been built or even a defense platform?  If so how?

if it hasn't been completed, right click on the icon in the planet management menu.

if it has been completed, select the building and hit the scuttle icon (bottom centre of the screen, looks like construction tape), or press alt-h.

beware that you do not get the full cost of the building back if you do this.

You can also scuttle an unfinished building for full resources.

Scuttle is your best friend when you need to expand or you develop new technologies with better prototypes. So, if you feel something is a waste of slots, scuttle it. Better to dump it for something better and get some resources back, than to lose it in combat and get nothing back.
