capital ship squadrons? [Answered]

Could someone direct me to this information:

At what levels do capital ships gain new squadrons? It seems like important information, but I can't find it anywhere. I know some capital ships gain more than one squadron at more than one level (colony ship, carrier), is it the same for all races? Do the battleship/dreadnaughts ever get more than one squad?

Okay so according to the TGN website link, here is a list of all capital ships and what levels they receive squadrons. Note this does not include abilities like "scramble bombers." Also, the carriers start with 2 squadrons at level 1.

TEC:
Kol Battleship: 3, 8
Sova Carrier: 1, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9
Akkan Battlecruiser: 1, 5, 10
Dunov Battlecruiser: 1, 5, 9
Marza Dreadnought: 4

Advent:
Radience Battleship: 2, 7
Halcyon Carrier: 1, 1, 3, 5 ,7, 9
Progenitor Mothership: 1, 5, 9
Rapture Battlecruiser: 1, 4, 8
Revelation Battlecruiser: 1, 6

Vasari:
Kortul Devastator: 3, 8
Skirantra Carrier: 1, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9
Jarrasul Evacuator: 1, 5, 9
Antorak Marauder: 1, 5, 10
Vulkoras Desolator: 5

So according to that website, the carriers all get squads at the same levels and max out at 6, and in general the Advent get a few more capital ship squads a little faster.

I don't know at what level they gain squadrens, but the rest is in the manual. To answer some of your question, yes all the races get more squads and it works essentially the same for all of them. The carrier gets the most (6, 7 for TEC) with other ships ending up with about 3 max. The siege ship gets 1 (?). And I believe the battleship does get more than one.

If you have the manual it lists the starting squadrens and max squadrens. It is under the ship section in the back.

Battleship types do not get more than one, and Carriers get up to... I think it's 6 or 7, but don't quote me.

Battleships do get more than one. The Kol gets a squad at Lvl 3, the Radiance gets a squad at Lvl 2, and the Kortul starts with a squad and gets another one at Lvl 3.

I think he meant the dreadnought types, like the marza. those stay at 1

I just think it's strange that people debate about which capital ship to get first, but no one seems to know what levels / how many squadrons they get

I have only played vasari but AFAIK:
-battleship (debestator) gets one at level 3 and possibly one or more later (?)
-the carrier (skimatra or whatever) starts with 2 but gets many more with levels
-the colony ship gets a squadron immediately and gets at least one more later, so that's another reason to use it on large maps
-the marauder gets one immediately (?)
-the dreadnought (desolator) seems to only gets one squadron and it is at level 5.

I have tried looking at the game files to find the information but they puzzle me.

look for:
CommandPoints
StartValue 2.000000
ValueIncreasePerLevel 0.500000

2 means it starts with 2, at level 3 it can have 3, at level 9 it can have 6.

so I made a list of what ships get squads and when, hope someone finds it useful

EDIT: I don't know why it doesn't let me edit my original post, but anyways I found out that the Desolator gets a squadron at level 6, not level 5. All the other Vasari squadron info seems to be correct. I haven't tested the other races though.
