Last game I noticed whenever I fired the Engine, both my AND the enemies ships got a 15% bonus on their infocards. I'm not sure whether the bonus is being applied or not, but visually it indicates that it is.

I know this is more of a gameplay thing than a technical one, but it fits the forum and isn't really a support type question since it isn't breaking anything.
