Crashing every time we play a 3v3 or 4v4 after 1.02

Me and a few friends are constantly playing 3v3 and 4v4 matches inhouse. We patched to 1.02 yesterday and now all of a sudden the game crashes 10-15 minutes into every game. We get an error, something about a "dump" and a .bmp. I'll try to recreate it after this post and get the error.

Before 1.02, these games would never crash and we could finish them out. Now it has happened 100% of the time and made the game basically unplayable. We are considering rolling back and finding something to let us play LAN games instead.

i also got this error trying to play a 2v2v2 last night but it only happened once i patched to 1.02

I'm also getting this problem. I've long since installed stuff like the KB940105 Virtual Address Space fix, and it doesn't solve the problem. Using Vista x64, 8800 GTS 640. Only since 1.02. PLEASE HELP!

EDIT: Happens to me in just about 9 minutes 0 seconds each time. REALLY unacceptable.

Bump. Patches should make the game better, not UNPLAYABLE.

Nope, not loading/playing a multiplayer game here. I'm watching replays, loading SP, and starting a new SP. None work for more than ~9 minutes. Sent support requests to ironclad and stardock, now. Nothing yet.

Me either, we are starting a new game every time. It is a random one of the 6-8 people that crashes, sometimes 4-5 at a time, sometimes 2, etc..

It says it is creating a minidump, but the address it is writing it to I cannot find for the life of me. Any suggestions?

ugh i just crashed with a runtime error ... playing singleplayer and right about to have a big battle ... and the last autosave was 15 minutes before the crash!?! arghhhh !! please tell me there is a way to make it autosave every 60 seconds .... by god . . ..

I'd just like to add that now after updating to 1.02 I'm constitently getting a lock-up crash as well with the minidump file.

Watching replays and playing single players - always ~ 5-6 mins into game.

I kept the task manager open once and noticed the memory usage just kept rising and rising and rising and rising? this normal?

yea i just got a lockup / crash - that created a minidump file but nfi where it sent the minidump file to (happy to send it in) - just on this it was actually my first multiplayer game must have been 90 minutes in and had been involved in decent battles already.

The minidump files can be found in:

C:\Documents and Settings\"your name"\Local Settings\Temp\Sins Dump

Replace "your name" with, well, your name.

Anyway, I've had a few crashes, too, and sent an email to Ironclad with the necessary information.
