1.6 Beta Bug: Redirecting enemy mining bases

I don't know if this is a freak situation, but I've been able to redirect the mining bases of other civs to my own worlds as if they were my own (and I see the resulting production bonuses). Does anyone else get this?

Hmm...according to the code, it is checking and I'm not able to reproduce it here.  Are you sure they aren't bases that have culture flipped to you?

If it's something that you can reproduce, I'm going to need you to send a zip file containing compressed jpeg screenshots and a save game to gc2bugs@stardock.com with a full description of how to reproduce the bug from the save game.

I get this too, I'm playing campaign in 1.50x3 and if I click on any enemy mining base I can right click on one of my planets and it will reassign and start sending goods there.

Edit - I just tried starting a new non-campaign game and I was still able to redirect enemy mining bases... looks like a version wide occurance and not just some random event.

I have a save file too, but it sounds like one won't be needed.
