StartingPlanet Class 12?!? or 10?!?

For some reason I only get a Class 12 starting planet when starting as the Altarian Resistance. Any other race and it's Class 10. I could have sworn I read somewhere that starting worlds are all Class 12 now with the latest version of DA. I have re-installed with no change...Is this WAD or do I have some funky bug?

AFAIK, it depends on your civ.

You read wrong. Most races start with class 10, only Thalans have 15, but they don't have a secondary planet. In DA Iconians and Altarians got a boost with their starting planet's PQ.
