I have the CalCiv2 v1.30A. I've noticed some weird things, maybe not bugs but strange anyway.

1. The sliders under the spending distribution do not always work properly, e.g. clicking on the arrow to increase the spending rate actually decreases it (sometimes by tens of percents). The total of three sliders appears to remain 100% and locked sliders are not affected.

2. When your espionage is medium you can see what a civ is researching (under the report). If your espionage is high or advanced you do not see this information any longer.
