I tried to install the Galactic Civilizations II theme onto my new laptop, a gateway tablet PC, and it hangs forever on the "Apply skins and themes" stage, and won't respond to cancel. I eventually managed to end it with the Task Manager, and tried to set my theme back to how it was with the control panel, but I ended up getting a null error.

Why is the Theme Manager hanging, and how do I get my laptop back to nomral?
