Here are some bugs, both new and old, that I would like to see fixed.
First 2 new ones concerning computer players intelligence level in the beta:
Bug 1: The intelligence that you set at startup and the intelligence that the AI actually gets (or that it's displayed to get) isn't the same:

The two first difficulties give correct intelligence but as you can see, computer players get Dunce from both Easy and Simple and after that, the intelligence is one step behind what it should be. Until you get to the three final difficulties which all gives Genius intelligence meaning that the three top intelligences isn't in available through difficulties.
Bug 2: When restarting the game, the Terran Alliance is reset to Fool intelligence.
Example: I set the difficulty to Suicidal which means that all AI:s are Ultimate intelligence in the Choose Opponents-screen. I quit and restart the game and go back and see that the difficulty is still Suicidal and all the races except Terran still have Ultimate AI. Terran have instead gotten Fool AI.

Those stupid terrans.
I also like to play the game in maximal zoom out where there are two graphical bugs:
Bug 3: Defense ships (ships with higher defense than attack) will have the wrong icon when being launched from a planet. It will have the icon of an attack ship. Upon clicking on the ship or moving it, it will immediatly change to it's correct defense ship icon.
Bug 4: Clicking on a blue launch-thingie for a colony ship will have it launch looking very small and as if it only had 1 pop on it. Clicking on it or moving it will immediatly make it bigger, looking like it has the correct amount of pop on it.
Bug 5: When a fleet has moved in a turn and then does combat and all ships except one dies, the surviving ship will get maximum possible movement.
Bug 6: When you right-click to bring up the tech description dialog, it always says
"FUTURE TECHS
None"
This doesn't matter so much in the enlarged technology view but it would be nice to see the future techs in the diplomacy screen.
Also, instead of writing out "NEW ABILITIES none NEW SHIP DESIGNS none etc" when there is none, why not remove them completly and only write out what you actually get.
Universal Translator looks somewhat like this currently below the description:

My suggestion is that the above instead would look like this:
