Help for people who would care to have it

It's Called IRC

If anyone would like to know, Stardock has a downloadable IRC (Internet Relay Chat) chat server called SDC (Stardock Central) most people who would be smart to ask any questions would go there to ask them instead of posting the same repetitive topics over and over again. Some of the Devs even go there to answer some questions. This is just to let people know that it is there for there use if they want help.

Isn't that what you can connect to through the chat option in Stardock Central?

Or, you can use any other IRC client you have (mIRC, XChat, and Gaim, to name a few). Simply use this line to connect to the Stardock IRC server:

/server irc.stardock.com
/join #GalCiv

You don't need SDC to connect to Stardock's IRC server, it just gives you some buttons to click instead of typing a few lines.
