Can't upgrade ships after upgrade

I installed the upgrade to the latest version, and now I can't do any upgrades to my ships. Is there a fix for this? Or do I need to just uninstall and do a reinstall? I am running on a 2.8ghz Dual Core processor (Pentium), with 1 gb ram, and a Radeon X300 128mb video card. Didn't have any issues until I upgraded. Can anyone help?

Never mind, it's fixed. When I logged on to Stardock, it wanted to download the upgrade, so I did. Now I have all the functions again.

Having a problem. I have 1.2 installed. when I try to develop a new design with a large hull it says "Cannot upgrade core design"
(1) I clearly said 'new'
(2) It was not a core design

Will not let me save
