1.2Beta Metaverse games flagged as cheater

Just completed a second Metaverse game that got flagged as a cheater game since upgrading to 1.2 beta. First game I did not use the new mods folder, second game I used the example mods folder. Both were flagged as cheater games.

I have already emailed the first save game in and will email the second game in as well.

My first 1.2beta009 game was also flagged as a cheater game and the mods folder were activated because it was the default setting.
My second game now without the mods folder wasn't cheater flagged, but I can't tell if it has something to do with it or was just bad luck the first time.

However I would like to know how this works and if we are not allowed to make use of the mods folder in metaverse games, the game itself should maybe just ignore that option.

One more question, if we cannot use the mod folder, will the battle viewer improvements become available within the unmodded game (e.g. new fleet formations)? It would be a pity if metavearse meant less eyecandy.
