In my first 1.11 game there were trade routes that should have been stopped, but were still on the map.
Case 1, I had just started a war with the Arceans which I agreed to because they declared war on an ally. That turn all my current trade routes with the Arceans ended as they should however, on that same turn or the turn after it I culture flipped a planet that had a trade route with them, the route did not end when it came under my control. It was an Arcean originated route, and when I openned up the treaties screen, it showed a yellow trade line between us even though we were at war according to the relations screen and the Arcean ships I was blowing up. I even destroyed their freighter on the route and another odd thing happened, the freighter re-spawned on the originating planet, but never took off down the route. When I clicked on that tile, it showed a planet and a freighter as if it were showing stacked ships. I could not select the planet and had to invade it blindly. When I took the planet, the trade route vanished and the tile performed normally. I do not know if the route was providing income to either civ while the freighter was still on the route or after I destroyed it once.
Case 2, I have an Arcean freighter comming from a planet I now own, going to a planet I also now own. A trade route with myself, but it belongs to the Arceans and has an Arcean freighter still running the path. This route is also showing up under show all trade routes. I do not know if the Arceans are getting money from it.
I still have my end game save which still had the trade route in case 2 going. I hit print screen when I noticed case 1, but I forgot to paste it to a file when I ended my session that morning at some ungodly hour.

If anyone else has seen anything like this, maybe they can provide more information on it.
