Allow user to choose which monitor to play

This isn't a "game idea" so much as a configuration idea. I have a multi-mon system, and the game always launches onto the primary monitor. However, I want to play GalCiv2 on the secondary monitor. It would be great if there was a line in the .INI file (if it wasn't an option in the UI) to tell it to use the second monitor instead of the first.

Otherwise, to play on that monitor, I have to change Windows' primary monitor to my secondary one, then launch GalCiv2, and then once I've launched it, I have to change the primary monitor back.

Many drivers and graphics libraries dont fully support 3D acceleration on a non-primary monitor, it'd take a lot of work to make that doable.

An easy solution for now is to just use a program like Ultramon (www.ultramon.com) which will let you do things like swap primary monitors as part of the game's shortcut, so that it's all done automatically. Does a lot of other neat things too, give it a try.
