Please spell race names correctly... Minbari, Centauri, Pak'ma'ra, Streib, and Soul Hunters (though I'm not sure which of these should actually be included; the Streib and Soul Hunters seem more like minor races to me).

UP is more like Babylon 5 than the ISA, though I'm not sure if you can rename that at all.

Minor races being League races is a nice idea, but you listed Pak'ma'ra and Drazi as main races... should perhaps be one or the other.

Agreed with the side note: Shadows and Vorlons should be of (more or less) equal status in the game. They're pretty much on the same level with each other.

Minbari - Minbar
Narn - Narn
Centauri - Centauri Prime
Vorlon - ???
Shadow - Z'Ha'Dum
Drakh - ??? I don't think they have a true homeworld in the series, actually...
Drazi - Zagros (not entirely sure about this one)
Brakiri - Brakir
Abbai - Abba
Vree - Vreetan
Pak'ma'ra, Gaim, Grome, Hyach - same as race name

It's based on a fan-made B5 space sim game, and is thus about as far away from canon as possible. Nonetheless, at the very least, you can get star name ideas from there.

I'm working on a post for a new thread on file naming conventions. I've noticed that many of the files in the Library are too generic. When folks download them it is almost impossible to figure out without a lot of work what is what. I will post a link to the thread once I have worked out some naming conventions for ship and mod files.

minor civs cant colonize though, also you will have a hard time finding more than 2 ships per NA race, and quality is more important than quantity imo ^^

First Idea of Random Events (or result of destablitzation should it be implemented):
Our Leader's stock of Brevari(sp?) was poisoned. Luckily we found out before someone had a sip of it. What should we do about it?
Good: We have enough money. Go get some on the black market (-x bc).
Neutral: Tell the richer houses to donate money to get new supplies.
Evil: Get new supplies but get the people to make a froced doiation to the cuase of "upholding the regent's good mood"(+500bc, -5% approval).

Good: Get one somewhere no matter what the cost (-x bc).
Neutral: There is nothing we can do. Skip the ritual this year (-5% approval).
Evil: Find out where to get one and get it. We don't care how (+5% approval).

Oh and Vorlons just NEED to be in it. I mean why waste all those great ship models we already have for them?

Adding the Vorlons, or Shadows for that matter, would be tricky, as they'd be at least dreadlord level compared to the other races.

Cant you just give them uber stats or something?

From Vorlons and Shadows were only a few models been showen, these mighty races have both only 3 ship models?

well in B5 most races only really had a state of the art capital ship and fighter. all the other ships basically only were older versions that were not yet replaced.

thats why you dont see any Tinashi's after the Minbari replaced all of them with Sharlin's. and thats why both Vorlons and Shadows only have their main capital ships, fighters and weapons of mass destruction (VPK and shadow cloud). they reached their technological and biological peak. after that there was no reason to build other ships. ^^
