I was playing the 3rd mission of the Dread Lords campaign, the one where you have to take the planet with the temple from the Drengin and the guys that look human were helping me. The Drengin colonized a neutral planet fairly early so they had two planets. I built up a little fleet and took their second planet then started bearing down to take the one I needed to finish the mission. I had killed the couple defending ships in orbit and had transport ships getting close to attack the surface when the Drengin leader came on and said that they hated me and were instead surrendering their last planet to my allies. It changed hands and I thought well whatever, they are my allies and it should be ok. So then I ended my turn a couple times and a movie played, said that the leader of the Drengin had used the precurser artifact and I saw a massive fleet of Dread Lord vessels appear. The victory screen showed and I clicked continue, but a strange thing happened. I was given the same mission briefing again, take that planet from the Drengin. I clicked start or whatever and I was taken back to the game that I had just finished. My ships were still poised to take the planet that now belonged to my allies and the resarch screen came up asking me what to research next. (I had just finished Adv. Troop Modules when the Drengin screwed me.) I ended my turn and the same movie played and the same victory screen. I clicked start again and the same thing happened again so I went through it again once or twice more except the final time I went onto a new mission and from what I could see it was the last mission. I was allied with the Terran-look-alikes, the Iconian Refugees, the yellow fishy looking guys, and a civ that looked like a bunch of old men. My mission was to stop the Dread Lords and it mentioned that the Drengin and the Yor were in the area, as were the Drath. I don't really know how to reproduce the circumstances since the Drengin surrendured to the Terran-look-alikes and I don't know how to encourage that to happen again.
I can't imagine how my system specs would matter with this happening so I won't post them unless requested by a dev or someone who would need to know them.
