Do they receive the bonuses? Say I place Harmony Crystals (Universal + to Morale) on a tile that gives +100% morale to the building placed on it. Does this work? I was not able to tell in my games, because the end bonus is so small. Or, say I place a manufacturing capital on a +700% manufacturing tile. Would this work?
