Is there any way to change your planets production ratios on an individual basis? I played GalCiv I and i always thought that it would be cool if you could set your manufacturing capitol to do 100% manufacturing all the time, and have your Research capitol always doing 100% research...I have been playing for a while on Gal Civ II now, and I love the game, i was just wondering if there is any way to change the production on a per planet basis, or if there are any plans to do so in the future.
