My mouse has been all... blinky sence I installed the xp galciv2 theme. I took it off, and it is still blinking. I've messed with the mouse setting in the video options in-game, I've played with mouse settings, I've messed with resolutions, both full screen and non-full screen. Why the hell would the galciv2 theme do this?? I don't know, but it shouldn't. How can this be fixed? I'm not using dual-monitors.
