I'm using windows XP pro, running the game full screen (or sometimes windowed) at 1024x768 resolution, same as my desktop which is set at 32 bit color.

Mouse scroll wheel on the planet screen on a bonus description in lower left (highlight a bonus tile) works opposite as expected (opposite of all the other scrolls). Scroll down and it moves the text up instead of down. All other scrolls I've come across work in the expected behavior.
